Terms of Sale
These terms govern every booking of hospitality services offered under the AURA Grand Prix Club brand. Please read them before sending a reservation request: paying the deposit means you accept them.
Draft for legal review. These terms have not yet been approved by a lawyer and are not in force. Do not rely on them until this notice is removed.
01
1. Who you are contracting with
The service is sold by AURA Entertainment S.r.l., Via Daniele Crespi 1/BIS, 21052 Busto Arsizio (VA), Italy, VAT IT04087760122 ("AURA", "we"). Phone +39 351 506 1338, email booking@auragpclub.com.
AURA is an independent hospitality provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Formula 1, the FIA, the Automobile Club de Monaco or any team. Trademarks belong to their owners.
02
2. What you are buying
A per-guest place on a private terrace in Monaco for one or more days of the Monaco Grand Prix weekend, with open bar and food included for that day. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are sold separately and priced separately. Capacity is around 60 guests per day.
Provisional dates: 4, 5 and 6 June 2027. They depend on the FIA World Motor Sport Council calendar and may be moved by the organisers (see section 7).
Not included unless stated in your confirmation: travel, accommodation, transfers, circuit or grandstand tickets, and any concierge extra (section 9). The sporting programme is decided by the race organisers, not by AURA.
03
3. How a booking is made
You send a request through the website form (or by email or WhatsApp) stating the days, the number of guests (up to 20 per request) and your contact details. A request is not a booking and does not reserve places.
We check availability and reply in writing with a quote, these terms and a secure payment link for the deposit. The contract is concluded, and your places are reserved, only when we receive the deposit and send you a written confirmation.
If a day sells out before your deposit arrives, we will tell you and refund anything paid in full.
04
4. Prices, deposit, balance, invoicing
Prices are per guest and per day, in EUR, [VAT included]. The price in your written quote is the one that applies; prices on the website may change without notice.
Deposit: 20% of the total, paid through the secure payment link in the quote (or by bank transfer on request). The deposit is a confirmatory deposit under article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code: it is credited against the price and, if a party fails to perform, it works as described in sections 6 and 7.
Balance: the remaining 80% is due no later than [30] days before the first booked day. For bookings made inside that window the full amount is due at confirmation. If the balance is not received by the due date we may, after one written reminder, cancel the booking and keep the deposit.
An invoice is issued for each payment. Business customers must give their company details and VAT number at the time of the request.
05
5. No 14-day right of withdrawal
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. That right does not apply here: the law excludes services related to leisure activities that the contract fixes for a specific date or period (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(l); Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(1)(n); French Consumer Code, art. L221-28 12°).
By paying the deposit you acknowledge that you have been informed of this before booking. What happens if you cancel is set out in section 6.
06
6. If you cancel or do not attend
Any cancellation must be sent in writing to booking@auragpclub.com. The date we receive it counts.
Cancellation more than [30] days before the first booked day: the deposit is retained; no balance is due, and any balance already paid is refunded.
Cancellation [30] days or less before the first booked day, or no-show: the deposit and the balance are retained, because at that point the places can rarely be resold. If we do manage to resell your places, we refund the balance less a [10]% handling charge within [30] days after the event.
Reducing the number of guests is treated as a cancellation of the places removed. You may transfer a place to another named guest free of charge up to [7] days before the event by writing to us.
07
7. Changes on our side
Date change by the organisers: if the Grand Prix is moved to other dates, your booking transfers to the new dates. If you cannot attend on the new dates, tell us in writing within 14 days of our notice and we refund everything you have paid.
Venue change: if the terrace becomes unavailable we will offer a venue of equivalent or better quality with a comparable view. If we cannot, or you reasonably refuse the alternative, we refund everything you have paid.
If we cancel your booking for a reason attributable to us, we refund everything you have paid and, as required by article 1385 of the Civil Code, an additional amount equal to the deposit.
08
8. Event cancellation and force majeure
If the Grand Prix or our hospitality service cannot take place because of events outside our control (cancellation or postponement by the organisers or authorities, public-health measures, safety orders, natural events, strikes, war), neither party is in breach.
In that case we refund in full every amount you have paid for the day or days not delivered, within [30] days of the cancellation notice (Italian Civil Code, art. 1463). No further compensation is due by either party, and we are not responsible for your travel or accommodation costs.
If the hospitality day is delivered but the organisers alter or cancel part of the sporting programme (for example a session is red-flagged, delayed or not run), the service we owe has still been provided and no refund is due for that reason.
09
9. Concierge extras
Helicopter transfers, private cars, restaurant reservations, club tables and similar services are arranged on request through third-party providers and quoted separately. They are not part of the hospitality price.
Each extra is subject to the provider's own availability, prices and cancellation conditions, which we send you before you confirm it. AURA acts as intermediary and is not responsible for the provider's performance.
10
10. Access, age and conduct
Access is by the guest list only. Guests must show valid ID. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 or over; the open bar may be limited or suspended for a guest who appears intoxicated.
Guests must follow the instructions of our staff and of the venue, respect the neighbours and the security rules in force in Monaco during the event. We may refuse or interrupt access, without refund, to a guest whose conduct is dangerous, abusive or unlawful.
Photos and videos taken by AURA during the event may include guests in the background; tell us in advance if you do not wish to appear in our communications.
11
11. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our breach of these terms or by our negligence, within the limits allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the booking was made, for the acts of third-party providers (section 9), or for the sporting programme and its changes.
You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests to the venue, its furniture and equipment.
12
12. Personal data
We process your data to manage your request and booking, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13
13. Complaints, ADR, governing law and courts
Any complaint may be sent to booking@auragpclub.com. We reply within 14 days.
If you are a consumer in the EU and the complaint is not resolved, you may use an out-of-court consumer dispute body in your country; the European Commission publishes the list of accredited bodies. [AURA undertakes to take part in mediation before the Camera di Commercio di Varese conciliation service.] The European ODR platform was closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring or defend a claim before the courts of that country (Regulation (EU) 1215/2012, art. 17–18). For business customers the court of [Busto Arsizio] has exclusive jurisdiction.
14
14. Language and final provisions
These terms are available in English, Italian and French. In case of doubt the Italian version prevails. If a clause is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
The version that applies to your booking is the one sent with your quote. We may update these terms for future bookings.
