Who we are

AURA Grand Prix Club is a brand of AURA Entertainment S.r.l., Via Daniele Crespi 1/BIS, 21052 Busto Arsizio (VA), Italy, VAT IT04087760122, the data controller. What we collect and why

When you send a reservation request we collect your name, email, phone number, country, the days you are interested in, the number of guests, any concierge interests and your notes. We use them only to answer you, check availability and manage the resulting booking, invoicing and customer service. Providing them is necessary to handle your request; without them we cannot reply.

Legal basis and retention

We process this data to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to meet legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)). Data is kept for as long as needed to manage your request and booking, then for the periods required by tax and accounting law. We do not use your data for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who receives your data

The form is delivered through Web3Forms (Web3Forms Inc., USA), which relays it by email to our mailbox hosted by Google. The website is served by Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. If you tap a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp (Meta) processes the conversation under its own terms. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Transfers outside the EU

Web3Forms, Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States. Where applicable, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You may ask us for more details.

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, analytics service, advertising pixel or embedded third-party player. Fonts and videos are served from our own domain. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its processing and receive it in a portable format (Art. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to booking@auragpclub.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
